Terms and Conditions

1. Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or utilizing the Arancorps software platforms, hardware terminals, or SMS communication services (collectively the "Services"), you agree to be bound unconditionally by these Terms and Conditions. If you do not agree with any mathematical or legal clause contained herein, you must immediately cease utilization of the Services and cancel any executing subscriptions.

2. Scope of Services

Arancorps deploys B2B Point-of-Sale (POS) integration logic, telemetry pipelines, and enterprise review aggregation engines. We are not liable for the operational uptime of third-party telecom carriers or external dispensary platforms (e.g., Alleaves) upon which our integrations rely.

3. Acceptable Use and Obligations

Users must securely map and maintain their API integration passwords. You explicitly agree not to use the Services to:

  • Engage in illegal activities, consumer fraud, or generate malicious scraping bots that stress network infrastructure.
  • Bypass structural application security matrices securely mapped within our edge networks.
  • Transmit unsolicited commercial messaging (Spam) to end-users who did not physically opt-in to SMS payloads.

4. SMS Communication Program (A2P Consent)

If an end-user explicitly consents at our physical retail hardware terminals or via our dedicated web registration form, Arancorps will mathematically process and dispatch a single text message containing their physical transaction receipt or a generated reward link.

  • Message Frequency: Message frequency varies linearly based on your physical interactions at our retail endpoints or online web form submissions. You strictly receive one transactional ping per authorized interaction.
  • Financial Rates: Message and data rates may apply. Check with your mobile telecom carrier for details regarding commercial text messaging fees.

5. SMS Opt-Out & Help Directives

You can immediately terminate the SMS service lifecycle at any time by simply replying STOP to any message you receive. After transmitting STOP via your cellular network, our server will respond with a single automated confirmation of termination, and you will no longer receive communications.

If you experience network failures or require operational support, reply with the keyword HELP directly inside the SMS thread, or contact administrative network engineers at support@arancorps.com.

6. Limitation of Liability and Arbitration

In no event shall Arancorps, its directors, or developers be held liable for indirect, incidental, or consequential damages resulting from network packet loss, server downtime, or carrier termination of A2P traffic. US Cellular Carriers are explicitly absolved from liability regarding delayed or undelivered transactional payloads. All corporate billing disputes shall be governed by binding arbitration within the State of incorporation.
